Hi All,
My brother is a UK citizen (born here) and got married in Pakistan in August 2018. We are now intending to apply for his wife’s Spouse visa and I need some direction.
1) My brother started a new job on 1st October 2018 and his 6 months slips will be ready by March 2019. Now if the last slip is dated 30th March 2019.. when should we submit the Spouse Visa application?
2) I know we are supposed to fill the application online and print off could you please clarify where we submit the printed form? Here in the UK or Pakistan?
3) Who makes the payment off the card? Myself or someone (solicitor) in Pakistan we would obviously give cash?
4) Will a sponsor letter be needed from the solicitor on behalf of our parents to show his wife can join them or will it suffice if it be self written and signed by parents?
5) We Shall submit a land registry showing house is parents, housing inspection report to Show there is space in the house to accommodate for Spouse and sponsor letter. Is this all we need???
6) Bills are in parents name but brother contributes financially is it ok or will the ask for letters in his name?
7) How do we submit WhatsApp chat history.. do they want to see chat logs (obviously these are private). Is there a special way to just show history and be accepted?
Thank you so much. I will be very grateful if you could please answer my questions.

1. After the date of the 6 month payslip.
2. Pakistan as far as I am aware. There are 100s of topics on this.
3. The person applying online. A solicitor is not really needed and has no influence on your application.
4. What exactly do you mean? A letter from the spouse in Pakistan parents or your parents or ........??
5. Yes.
6. A letter from his parents should suffice stating he lives there etc.
7. HO isn't interested in private conversations. They want to see evidence of subsisting relationship and communication. You cannot submit screenshots with redacted content. Screenshots must be complete showing conversations.

Thank you for your kind reply.
I mean the accommodation letter from our parents to show my brothers wife can join them. Is this not called the sponsor letter?
When I applied for my husband’s spouse Visa back a few years ago I remember I got a letter from the solicitors (sponsor letter) on behalf of my parents saying they are happy for my husband to join them. This was then signed by my parents and was on solicitor letterhead. He charged me for writing this letter.

No, it is an 'accommodation letter'. No solicitor required. The parents can write the letter and sign it themselves.

Not sure why you believe every letter must be on a solicitor letterhead etc.

The solicitor gave me wrong advise I guess at the time hence I was thinking it was needed. Ok thanks for the clarification. Much appreciated.

Yes, they tend to do that just to get your money.
Honestly, solicitor is not required for this application. All it will leave you is a lot poorer and still no guarantee of a visa approval. Many solicitors get even the most basic applications horribly wrong, to the detriment of the poor applicant.

May I kindly request the Spouse Visa application link?
My brothers wife is in Pakistan and would like to join my brother in the UK.
I have checked and there’s two options one to apply from outside the UK and one within. Which one is the correct one?
I am grateful for your help.

She uses the one to apply from OUTSIDE the UK as she is NOT in the UK on a visa.

He cannot apply for the visa in the UK. He can complete the form (outside UK application) as the wife MUST apply from outside the U and she has to submit it in her home country.
Note the application for WITHIN the UK is for a visa extension when an applicant ALREADY has a visa to be in the UK. This does not apply to your brothers wife.

Was something unclear in my post above that you had to duplicate your previous post??
