ILR via Tier 2 Visa - Child ILR

Hi All,

I have been posting on this forum for a while and found it very helpful and accurate. My recent question is regarding my ILR.

some stats below.

UK arrival October 2010 Student Visa
PSW 2012
Tier 2 General Visa - March 2014
Tier 2 General Visa Extension - April 2017 (5 year route will be completed by March 2019)

so on basis of this I am assuming I can apply 28 days before March 2019.

Please advise list of the document I need to submit and also update about the home offices services. Overheard that premium service is not one day service anymore. Home office is taking at least one day to assess and decide on application.

Also I have 2 years old daughter. What will be the route for her to get citizenship status. Is it after I got my ILR and she can apply for citizenship? or do I need to apply for her at the same time.

Please ask British citizenship questions in the British Citizenship sub forum. She cannot apply for citizenship at the same time you apply for ILR. You need ILR and your ILR BRP card first before you can register her as British.
