Need help I need to apply for Uk RC under Surinder Singh route for my non eu citizen should I apply or should I wait till 29th March ??

Since Surinder Singh operates as long as the UK is within the EU, it is reasonable to assume you will no longer be able to apply through Surinder Singh after March 29th.

You can apply now, through the current Residence Card scheme (see Surinder Singh section): https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-a-uk-resid ... ligibility

You might be able to make a ‘Surinder Singh’ application if you lived in another EEA country with an eligible family member who’s a British citizen before returning to the UK.

Check that there is no longer a Surinder Singh section in the Settled and Pre-Settled status scheme, available at the end of March: https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-ci ... ligibility

You’ll not usually be eligible to apply if you’re married to a British citizen and you’re from outside the EU.

Since you were inquiring about the Surinder SIngh route in the first place, I can only assume you are a British citizen and your wife is non EU. According to the last paragraph I'm quoting above, no, it doesn't seem like you will qualify for Settled or Pre-Settled status, as this is reserved for Non-British EU citizens and their families.
