What visa for spouse

I have varied my application from Tier-1 ent. Extension to Ilr lr in sep18 and it’s approved in March19.I want to bring my wife to Uk so in which category do I need to apply for..she came once on tier-1 ent depended to Uk in 2016 and went back in time.

Spouse Settlment visa. Form VAF4A and Appendix FM.

English A1 test and you must meet the financial requirements.

£1523 visa fee plus £1200 IHS fee.
