TIER 2 PBS dependant

Hi

I am on a TIER 2 general visa for 5 years and applying for ILR now. My wife is on TIER 2 dependant visa on me. She has been in UK for 2.5 years and her visa is expiring this July 2019.

When I apply for ILR how do I extend her?

The online form will tell you what documents are required.

She can apply once you get ILR and before her visa expires.

She can apply for an extension at any time before her current visa expires. It will be a 3 year extension. Visa fee plus £1200 IHS fee.

Hi

I am a ILR visa holder got in April 2019 and my wife is a PBS dependent who has been in UK since 2016. Her visa is expiring in July 19th 2019 and has to be renewed. She has to go to India immediately for family emergency. Can she extend the PBS dependent visa from India? And what happens if she extends after the visa date?

She can't renew from outside uk. And she can only renew her pbs dependant visa If you have acquired your ILR through not 10 years long residence but through pbs route like after 5 years on tier 2. But from outside UK she can only apply for spouse visa which will reset her clock towards ILR to zero because her previously spent time won't be counted under spouse visa for ILR.
