Anyone Recieved paper application for Surrinder Singh Settled/Pre-settled apps?

Like the title says, has anyone received the paper application form yet?

I requested the application as soon as the process started, but as of yet have received nothing.

Some people have said they have been told the application is not yet ready, and some people have said that they will receive something in 10 business days.

Pls let us know if you have received anything as of yet.
