I have got ILR, enquiry about partner visa

Hi

I have got ILR recently. My partner came to UK 2 years back as a TIER 2 dependent on me, I have to extend her visa now. Will it be extension of the same visa for another 3 years and if so could you send me the link for the online application please?

I am not able to find the right page for this and visa cost as well.

Most importantly that whether you achieved ILR through 10 years long residence or 5 years - tier 2.
