Hey thanks for taking time to respond.seagul wrote: ↑Sat May 25, 2019 11:59 amVisit visa will more likely be refused because on application form she will have to say married to you and coming to live with you. Therefore, visa officer more likely will assume that she won't leave. Only the best solution to pass English test then apply for spouse visa. There should be very good English learning centres in Pakistan.
Property & savings in her own name/access, good job/business, etc.knewBee wrote: ↑Sat May 25, 2019 12:30 pmHey thanks for taking time to respond.seagul wrote: ↑Sat May 25, 2019 11:59 amVisit visa will more likely be refused because on application form she will have to say married to you and coming to live with you. Given the circumstances and the general approach that will be taken in dealing with her application there is an impossible barrier to climb over. The ECO will not be convinced that she will return, good job or not, property or not, business or not. The bottom line is simple, once she is in the UK there is little hope of removal if she overstays.
So given she is married to you and the intent for her will be to settle in the UK then it is a madness to grant a visit visa. It just will not happen.
You are showing great curiosity so morally you are obliged to do a deep search as I don't have much privileges not even be able to send/receive message. But your claim of 0% chance of getting visit visa is 100% incorrect. Enjoy the bank holiday.Frontier Mole wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2019 10:10 pmYou claimed they were there ..... quote them....
I haven’t found any, so I am doubtful of your claim.
