Thanks for responding Seagul - it's literally just crossed my mind in past day or two and now too late to send extra documents....seagul wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 4:31 pmYou should have sent 12 months of bank statements too if you chosen to send 12 months of payslips despite 6 months of payslips & bank statements can meet the requirement. I wish caseworker don't be confused and consider your only 6 months of payslips & 6 months of bank statements.
He can be confused and there are 4 possibilities:MAH1992 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 4:35 pmThanks for responding Seagul - it's literally just crossed my mind in past day or two and now too late to send extra documents....seagul wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 4:31 pmYou should have sent 12 months of bank statements too if you chosen to send 12 months of payslips despite 6 months of payslips & bank statements can meet the requirement. Given we do meet the income requirements with the 6 months payslips, do you think caseworker potentially could reject the application for not providing 12 months bank statements?
Thanks Seagul - worst case scenario if they decide #3 then would I be in a strong case to appeal?seagul wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 4:41 pmHe can be confused and there are 4 possibilities:MAH1992 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 4:35 pmThanks for responding Seagul - it's literally just crossed my mind in past day or two and now too late to send extra documents....seagul wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 4:31 pmYou should have sent 12 months of bank statements too if you chosen to send 12 months of payslips despite 6 months of payslips & bank statements can meet the requirement. 1. Consider your 6 months of payslips & bank statements.
2. Gets confused & ask you 6 months more bank statements.
3. Gets confused & refuse the application
4. Transfer you on 10 years flr fp route due to not meeting & providing sufficient financial documents.
But I believe possibility # 1 has more chances.
