For getting any advice/opinion you should give some more detail like are you British/ILR holder, is your husband none-eu/British, where such threat is taking place??
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Have you notified the police of this :?:
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Hi

I am a british citizen my husband and family are pakistani citizens
Ask help from British high commission in islamabad

https://www.gov.uk/world/organisations/ ... -islamabad

If you are working and earning at least £18600 or you have savings of at least £62500 and suitable accomodation and if he passes A1 life skills ielts test then straight apply for him spouse visa. But I am afraid that your present situation might not give any concession for the grant of any visa for him.

In that case you might be exempted from financial requirement rather has to meet it with adequate maintenance on the basis of claiming benefits. But still you & your partner have to meet other requirements such as A1 English test, sufficient accomodation, TB test.
