If you are working and earning at least £18600 or you have savings of at least £62500 and suitable accomodation and if he passes A1 life skills ielts test then straight apply for him spouse visa. But I am afraid that your present situation might not give any concession for the grant of any visa for him.
In that case you might be exempted from financial requirement rather has to meet it with adequate maintenance on the basis of claiming benefits. The british high commission have said they can only help me.
I have applied for spouse visa he has completed the ielts test and passed it.
But the only issue is am receiving pip for my health condition and universal credit am on limited capability due to my health condition

Yes my partner has done the a1 english test and i have a 1 bedroom flat and he has also completes the tb test
