FLR M Renewal question

Post by James85 » Fri Jun 14, 2019 8:26 pm

Hi

It's been 2.5 years and we have to extend our FLR M. Is the FLR M form online only now as I can't find a form that we can print?

We're also confused on how much we have to pay for the second extension as the government website doesn't list that infortmation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

£1033 visa fee
£1000 IHS fee
Plus whatever option through ukcvas sopra steria service you choose.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

FLR M question

Post by James85 » Sun Jul 28, 2019 1:21 pm

Hi,

We've almost finished my wife's application but the last questions have brought us much confusion

Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support.

Should I answer yes as I am her husband and my name is on joint accounts and we are using my wages for application or do I answer no as nobody else apart from me is giving her financial support.

Is the account with a bank or utility companny for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people

My wife only has joint accounts with me so I assume I have to sign the third party declaration form. I have provided a mortgage statement that is joint between my and my father as he helped me get our property. He doesn't pay anything towards the house, he only helped with the application. As it is not a joint document between my wife and father does he need to sign the third party declaration?

Thank you for your help.
