Need advice for Dependent of ILR(Main Applicant 10years Route)

Hi.
I applied as a dependent of tier 1 entrepreneur extension along with my husband's application. We did not receive any decision yet. But my husband has completed 10 years and he varied his applicatin to ILR. I did not put my application as dependent considering that once my husband shall get his ILR then i shall put my application as an ILR dependent.
Now my husband got an email from Home office to confirm them which application he wants to proceed either ILR or previous tier 1 entrepreneur extension. He will definitely opt to proceed with ILR. Now in this scenario where will i stand? Will they consider my tier 1 entrepreneur dependent application invalid since my husband ( main applicant of tier 1 entrepreneur) has varied his application or hold my application? Please advise what should i do. Should i put ILR dependent application or should i wait for home office decision on my previous tier 1 dependent application. Please advise options to avoid overstay.

Maybe along with replying to HO as your husband want to proceed with long residence ILR application, you too write them about your intention of switching into flr fp visa because i dont think your husband was earning £18600 on tier 1 entrepreneur visa for FLRM visa unless either/both of you have £62500 in savings.

She has to change to FLR(M) visa which will also reset her clock for ILR based on 5 years residence to zero and a new 2 x 2.5 year visa route.

She also needs English A1 test and at least 6 months evidence of meeting the financial requirement. 12 months evidence needed if self employed.
