Have you got HO approval to marry after giving the required 28 days notice at an HO approve Registry office??I've been dating a british citizen so my boyfriend and im getting married this week. and planning to apply for the visa once i gathered all the documents i need.
The curtailment letters can take a few weeks/couple of months to get sent out.As i know home office send you cultailment letter including your date to leave but i haven't recieved anything yet.
You can switch within the UK if you meet the requirements. Is it okay for me to switch my visa from tier2 to spouse visa within the uk? or do i need to go back to Korea and apply from there?
immigration-for-family-members/guidance ... t6227.htmlmy partner lives in a studio flat owned by housing association and we want to live here after we get married.
he said he's not allowed to live with someone else as it's a studio flat and it will be overcrowed if he does.
would it be still meet the requirement of the HO accomodation?
Is it possible to submit just housing contract and council tax and some bills he's been paying or do i have to submit the letter from the housing association?
Studio flat is more than sufficient for a couple without causing any overcrowding. Most housing associations are not easily be convinced in getting the relevant paperwork for visa purposes unless they were being told while securing the tenancy.lilielila wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 4:30 pm

Any cash savings over £16,000 are disregarded.lilielila wrote: ↑Wed Aug 21, 2019 1:52 pmthank you so much everyone who replied x
I already got my Ielts life skill b1 test result.
yes i stopped working but we are gonna submit my partner's income as a prof.
he makes around 20,000.00 a year so slightly above the minimum.
would it be helpful if we prove that we've got cash saving around 18,000.00?
If he is not working from at least 6 months with present employer then he will have to apply under category B and have to supply 12 months of payslips and bank statements. Otherwise he can wait until he finishes 6 months with present employer to apply under category A. I think he has been doing a lot of overtime apart of his regular contractual hours and if so then his employer must state his basic salary £17300 plus overtime.lilielila wrote: ↑Thu Aug 29, 2019 7:08 pmHi
my husband used to make 20,000 anual income from his last job but he changed his job and it's been 4 months. he get paid hourly and his contract says he will usually work between 32hours to 40hours a week.
but he can work as many hours as he wants if needed.
he gets payslips every two weeks. since 15th of April he has made 5580.00 net income. so according to what he's been making it's over 20,000 a year but his company's employement confirmation letter says his estimated gross salary is something like 17300.
so im really worried that home office will reject the visa application.
please let me know what we can do in this case.
my husband and i have 18,000 cash saving. would this help?
thank you for your help x
