1. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -ext_1.pdf

2. No if both of you were free to marry and physically met each other on the time of marriage and that marriage was a legally performed marriage in that country.

Hi seagul,

I am Uber driver and I get paid weekly in bank account and I also have the invoices of Uber do you think this would b enough or do I need something else as well

Second how they calculate the income of self employed person can you please elaborate I read the guideline but I am still bit confused, as I read in an article that the visa was refused as they take the income of a month where you earn the lowest money and then they take the average through that income?..

Please reply

Regards.

For self-employment the qualifying income level is the net amount after all allowable business expenses have been deducted. In other words, the amount on which HMRC calculate tax due.

For example, the amount after you have deducted expenses such as fuel, vehicle running costs or rental of the car used for your taxi business payable to Uber (if applicable).
(Casa, not CR001)

You also need more than just bank statements and invoices. I suggest you read Appendix 1.7 carefully to see what HO expects to see for self employed
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Self employment requires an extensive range of documents and especially for UBER work you might need extra strong documents to convince to caseworker. But for making the case more easier if by chance you or your partner has 6 months old savings of at least £62500 then it will be much better route.
