Dependant application on Tier 1 PBS dependent visa currently

Hi board members.

Please guide me on these two questions of the online form for the family route of my wife. I got ILR last week and now Applying her visa and selected family route from the online form. I have these two tricky questions as per my low brain understanding if you could please guide me on it that i have selected the right option. She is currently on my previous visa as my dependent of tier 1 entrepreneur.

Q: Please choose the reason you are applying for an extension, this includes if you are switching to a partner visa from another type.

First application as a partner from within the UK (for example, you are currently in the UK on another type of visa or permission to stay),

Question 2
Please list your shared financial responsibilities and how much you each pay each monthGrocery, Utility Bills, Clothes, Council tax, Child care, TV license etc £800 to £1000 one person per month both of us. Total shared Budget £1500 to £1800 per month for family.

(We both earn almost the same money but we never count who is paying what. we combinely pay the bills and other things some month i pay more and sometime she pay more. sometime we just transfer each other bank account. is this reply and the above question one answer is ok. Please guide.

Before your questions are addressed, were you granted ILR under long residence? If not, your wife can continue to extend her visa as a PBS Dependant until she reaches the qualifying 5 year period for ILR.

Switching to FLR(M) will reset her visa to zero, putting her on a new 5 year (2.5 x 2.5) route to ILR.

I granted long residency ILR last week. please advice on these two questions above. no one has addressed this issue. I got ILR and she is now applying as family route..

I think your both replies to both questions are correct. And your last 2 sentences which is clarifying it can be written in covering letter/additional info section of the form. Also make sure that you are using correct form.
