Extn of PBS dependant Visa when Partner got ILR Based on Long Residence

Hello,

Can someone please advice on my Query below.
I’m on PBS Tier-2 Dependant Visa from April-18 and It expires on Feb-20.

Now, my husband has got ILR on 10yrs long residence so, do I need to switch my visa to settlement dependant or I can go ahead and apply for PBS dependant extension?

I believe my ILR clock will set back to zero if I switch to spouse visa and continue with another 2-3yrs when extending it

And also please guide me with the list of documents to arrange for either of both visa above

You need to switch to FLR M, which resets your clock to zero and a new 5 years period for ILR (2 X 2.5 year visas). You need to meet the English and financial requirement.

You are not able to continue as a PBS dependent as your spouse got ilr on long residence and not PBS route.

Can you please guide me to arrange the list of documents for FLR M and also, on financial requirement do I've to provide details of my income only or my Partner's can work?

Whoever is earning £18600 and can easily get the essential documents such as 6 months of payslips, bank statements and employer letter can use his/her alone income.
