IHS has increased from £200 per year to £400 per year. When my wife initially came they given the visa for 2 years and 9 months. she paid £600 when IHS fee was £200 a year.
It is a 2.5 year extension for a spouse visa on FLR(M).For her extension application, will she pay for another 3 years or 2 years at rate of £400 per year?
Unclear what form you are looking at. There is only one visa duration for FLR(M), 2.5 years.this is confusing whether they charge for 2 years or three years.
You are likely looking at the wrong application form.if they charge for 3 years then clearly they are making a 1 year NHS charges extra to all applicants.
IHS for a 2.5 year visa extension is £1000.my question was will she pay for 3 years IHS or 2 years IHS in her extention 2.5 years application.
That would be because the initial visa would have been for 33 months.she paid 3 years £600 initially
They charge 3 years for the initial visa because it's granted for 33 months and charge a full year IHS fee for portions of a year over 6 months.
£1033 visa fee plus £1000 IHS fee.

Extension application after 2.5 years?
Indefinite leave to remain?
Naturalization?
If yes so this means she no longer need new test in the whole process
