My wife's ilr is due next year on flrm basis, in 2020. she passed b1 exam more than 2 years ago.
my confusion is whether she needs to pass b1 again for ilr or not? is there any other exam she needs to pass? she passed life in uk.

Having passed Life in UK test, so far the B1 result was used in one of her previous applications and it is still on the list at the time you will be submitting ILR application, she does not have to do the B1 English exam again.

No need of passing B2 if already have passed B1 test. But if her B1 certificate which have expired now wasn't used in the previous grant of leave then she will have to redo it despite on HO list.

Not is not. ILR requires B1 and A2 is not sufficient. She needs a new B1 test from an ho test provider.

Hi every one
my wife ilr based on flrm is due in january 2020, for which income of 18600 is required.
I have a confusion id some can answer would be greatly appreciated.
i am ltd company director and on dividends my earning from feb 2018- feb 2019 accounts is only 1800 pounds.
however this year after February 2019 i have already earned 22000 ( salary and dividends) which my accountant will show in managements accounts on the date of wife visa on 10 january 2020.
will visa officer for ilr see last years submitted accounts( from feb 2018-feb2019) or my last 12 months earning which is 22000?
is there any thing i need to worry about?
kind regards

For those employed as a director or other employee (or both) of a specified limited
company in the UK, the relevant financial year(s) will be that covered by the Company
Tax Return CT600 and corresponds to the 12-month accounting year of the company
