1. If you mean extension then 28 days before completing 30 months since arrived in UK or until the last of visa expiry.

2. If that test was passed on the following centres and is still on list then yes you can reuse it despite being expired.

Thank you very much Mr Seagul for your kind advice...just to inform Entry date in uk 29 january 2015 and she got initial Visa application issue from 15/01/2015 to 15/10/2017 for 33 month and then she got granted leave to remain for 30 month from 22/09/2017 to 15/04/2020 so what do you think when should we submit application?
Also we never stayed outside the uk more then total 66 days which is split in 3 holidays ,39 days for Pakistan, 21 days in Dubai, 6 days in Morocco. All these holidays in different periods of time but not together.what do u think is gonna be a problem?
For English requirements she got B1 from trinity college london in 2017 can we still use this certificate please?

She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date she ENTERED the UK, so 29 January 2020 minus 28 days.

Why have you registered a second username (below) to ask questions and now posting under an old username asking the exact same questions again??? Multiple usernames are NOT permitted on the forum. Decide which one to keep otherwise BOTH will be banned permanently. It is unfair to members who contribute, who all offer their time for free, for you to then come under another username asking duplicate questions.
