Tier 2 PBS switching

Hello guys

I am on tier 2 ICT visa currently and planning to switch to PBS dependant. I wanted to know if I go outside of UK and apply for PBS dependant will cooling off period still apply for me .

Appreciate your help. Thanks !

As has been answered 100s of times, the cooling off period does NOT apply to tier 2 visa holders changing to PBS dependent visas.

According to your topic on 4th December, you already switched to dependent visa!!
