I think I was granted leave to remain FLR (FP) 10-year route in September 2017. I am not really sure about it as my documents got flooded and rotten. I have found one document which hints it might be the FLR(FP) 10year route.
Now my visa is expiring in a few days and today I made an application online, FLR(FP) Parent.
My husband is self-employed (ILR, Long residence), I have 1 Son (7 years 8 months old), 2. Daughter (3 years 2 months), 3. Son (2 years 1 month Old)
TYPE OF VISA / APPLICATION: Family Route
What is your relationship to the person you are Parent
applying to remain with in the UK?
At the end of the application they made me tick boxes saying I will apply all below Documents:
Mandatory documents
or my partner lived with them for some or all of
the 2-year period
status in the UK
covering the same period as their pay slips,
showing that their salary has been paid into
their account, or an account in your and your
partner's names (We don't have it as My husband is self-employed, So How Can we provide it?)
to prove the level of English language required. ( I am BDS from India, will that do?)
6 months prior to the date of application, or
since employment started if less than 6 months
Documents supporting my other reasons to stay
in the UK ( We both can not supply it, as not employed)
accommodation in the UK where you live or will
live
The 12-month period prior to the date of your
application showing payment for each of the
public fund(s) you or your partner receive (how many month Statements we need to show, My husband gets CB)
confirming employment, gross annual salary, ( We dont have it)
Other documents
contributions, length of employment and type
of employment (permanent, fixed-term, contract
or agency) (don't have it)
meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a
Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK
AND confirm the level of English to which the
degree was taught or researched ( I can Get that)
equivalent, ( I have this)
parent lives - such as utility bills ( have this)
correspondence, addressed to you and your
partner jointly or in both your names. The dates
of the items of correspondence should be
spread evenly over the whole 2 years. They
should be from at least 3 different sources. If
you do not have enough items in your joint
names, you may also provide items addressed
to each of you individually if they show the
same address for both of you. For example - 4
items of correspondence in joint names to the
same address and 2 items addressed to each
partner at the address. In total 8 items would
need to be submitted. If you and your partner
have no bills or correspondence in joint names,
you will need to submit 12 items (6 each) of
correspondence evidencing that you reside
together at the same address.
Examples of acceptable evidence include:
Letters or other documents from
government departments or agencies, for
example HM Revenue and Customs,
Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA,
TV Licensing
Letters or other documents from your GP, a
hospital or other local health service about
medical treatments, appointments, home
visits or other medical matters
Bank statements or letters
Building society savings books or letters
Council tax bills or statements
Electricity or gas bills or statements
Water rates bills or statements
Mortgage statements or agreement
Tenancy agreement(s)
Telephone bills or statements
Evidence to support my claim it would be
difficult for me to establish a private life outside
the UK
Evidence of monthly housing costs for the
accommodation in the UK where you live or will
live
