Tier 2 Dependent Renewal

Hi

We will be applying for my husband's PBS extension in December 2019.
He will have been a PBS dependent for 4.5 years and needs 6 months visa to complete the ILR requirement. We understand that this is not possible and we will need to apply for a full 3 year extension which is not great but oh well.

My question is around the application fees if someone can help please.
My entry route was Tier 2 General Shortage Occupation.
I acquired ILR in 2017 and British Citizenship in 2018.
I am now self-employed and NO LONGER in a shortage occupation.

Will the application fees be £464 (Up to 3 years - shortage occupation) or £704 (up to 3 years - non-shortage occupation)?

And what documents will we need to provide please?
