Hi,

Can anyone help me,I and my partner have 2.5 years leave to remain on 10 years family route we have 2 British citizen children togehter and we will soon renewal our visa can we switch to 5 years route and if possible what is the procedure.

FLR(M) if you want to switch to the 5 year route meeting the requirements.

Please can someone help I and my partner are due for renewal of our 2.5 years leave to remain we have 3 children 2 are british through citizenship while the third is not yet because she is five and not applying with us .I don't understanding what they mean by non applying children.Am I going to click on Yes or No.

You have to include all childen under the age of 18 and put the child birth certificate and explain in a cover letter that you haven't applied for the child British passport yet.
