This week, we need to apply for FLRM after 2.5 years on spouse visa, my wife is the applicant.
She has a full time, permanent job with variable contract hours (zero hours), the pay figure (£15.50 per hour) is mentioned but hours are not mentioned in her employment contract. She started this job in October 2018.
She is a key worker, and been working throughout the Covid19 crisis.
Last year, she earned £27,000 that is on her P60.
She earns £2200 - £2600 per month.
In the employment letter, her employer can confirm her job, start date, title, full time, permanent and her current salary since 1st April 2020 and earnings from April to June, but the employer is not willing to list all 6 months earnings (which we are relying upon Jan to June) in the employment letter as they say we will write in the letter that payslips should be looked at for these details.
Does this kind of employment letter meet the requirements of FLRM, where only 3 months’ salary is listed instead of all 6 months (which we are relying upon in application to meet £18,600) by the employer ???
Please help we are very confused. Thanks a lot.
