IELTS life skills test or Naric comparability report under red route will be required.
Thank you for the quick replay, I contacted NARIC and they said they can't help with that because the title "Bachelor" is in English and not in French or something like that... I registered to do IELTS test in the UK back in April however it got cancelled a few times due to Coronavirus and the next exam will happen past the expiry date of my current spouse visa.
Just submit your application in timely and keep looking the date for test which you will indeed obtain. Rest assured you won't be refused due to that reason alone because the same has been happening with many members and ukvi is aware:Tali G wrote: ↑Sat Jun 13, 2020 5:44 pmThank you for the quick replay, I contacted NARIC and they said they can't help with that because the title "Bachelor" is in English and not in French or something like that... I was thinking to submit the application with the letter from the college and if they won't accept it I will send them IELTS results (hopefully the next exam won't get cancelled) but I don't know, will it put me at risk to get refused for a visa?

In some cases, we will be able to decide your application without seeing certain specified documents if you cannot get them due to coronavirus. Otherwise, you may be asked to submit the specified documents after the date of application.
Okay thank you I will do that. I asked because I really wanted to go with fast track and I won't be able to do that without having the IELTS certificate on time but it is what it isseagul wrote: ↑Sat Jun 13, 2020 5:58 pmJust submit your application in timely and keep looking the date for test which you will indeed obtain. Not required. You evidence of correspondence in both names for the last two years to prove cohabitation, from 3 to 6 sources.if I need to submit personal information such as pictures, corresponded emails/messages, greeting cards etc. between me and my husband in order to prove that the relationship is genuine or is it enough to submit the marriage certificate and proof of addresses from the past 2 years?
Everything is uploaded digitally. Nothing is sent to HO in original form. Not related question, when I submitted for a spouse visa I had to submit all the documents via mail when I made the application. I understood that now it changed and everything is digital besides the Passport BRP submission. Can you please tell me at what point I will need to send my passport? the reason why I'm asking is that I will need to hold my passport when I go to do the IELTS exam which is a week after my spouse visa expires so I won't be able to send it to the home office before my exam.
