How to prove 3C?

Post by Al3890 » Wed Jul 22, 2020 8:21 am

I’m in a bit of a predicament.

I applied for FLR(M) extension three weeks ago, and my employer (who doesn’t know anything about 3C) has asked me to prove my right to work as this runs out next week, otherwise I will be sacked.

I didn’t receive any confirmation email from Home Office after applying for my visa so I have no Case ID or written proof I applied for the visa. My employer did the Employed Checker on me with my NiNO, passport details etc. and it just came back NEGATIVE

Is there anything I can do to prove right to work? I love my job and I can’t afford not to work for 6 months while waiting for new visa. Please help...

If I can somehow get the Case ID, would employer check come back positive if they used this?

Have you registered a second username, both with the same email affix? Multiple usernames are strictly not permitted in the forum.

My email is from an email generator called xxxxxxxxx, so I don’t have to use my personal email. It’s a fairly common tool.

Negative reply came probably due to not using a peculiar case ID which most often can be found somewhere on the application or its email acknowledgement which usually is downloadable/printable soon after the submission.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
