I need to make family route application. i need some help on Application if experts can help please that will be really helpfull.

I am currently on PBS Dependant Leave To Remain and its about to expire and My husban recently got ILR.

1) What type of visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission do you have to be in the UK?

For this do I need to put entry clearance visa type which i got to enter into the uk or current Visa leave to remail?

2) Do you have a degree that was taught in English?

i have done 2 years bachelors & 2 year Masters from pakistan & Naric issued letter
Academic Qualification Level Statement equals to (UK qualification level: Bachelor (Ordinary) degree) & English Language Proficiency Statement (CEFR level C1)

i have read degree should be equal to Uk standard bachelor or Master degree as Naric mentioned in letter its equal to Bachelor (Ordinary) degree. With ordinary degree do i need to do any english course or i dont need it?

3) Who is financially responsible for Childeren ?

we both work should i mention me & Father or only father?

4) Is your current entry clearance or leave to remain as the partner of one of the following?
a British citizen
a person settled in the UK
a person with refugee leave or a person with humanitarian protection in the UK

Should I mention NO for this as i am on PBS Dependant none of the mentioned Visa?
