Type of Visa

I am applying for spouse visa extension. My husband has ILR. In the form I have to select the type of visa I am applying for. Which category do I need to select out of the two below:
Family or Settlement

The original application was made with my husband being on ILR.

I am applying via the FLR m form. I am unsure regarding which visa category do I need to select for the question ‘What type of visa do you have to stay in the UK’.
I am not sure out of the below two options available as the answer on the form which one should I select:

Family
Settlement

You can not have settlement unless you have ILR.

Select "settlement" as flrm is actually a settlement visa.

I don't think selecting one or the other will impact the application negatively.

Interestingly, 'settlement' is an available option for spouse entry clearance visas; and it is not ILE (ILR) being applied for.

Family option covers several routes including 10 years which can amplify the imminence of the issuance of wrong type of visa. Several third party links still call it settlmenent visa.
