Switching from tourist visa to fiance visa

Hi,

My partner is staying with me on a tourist visa in the UK.
Her visa is due to expire at the end of September.
The flight has been cancelled and there is no flight back until October.

Is it possible to switch from a tourist visa to a fiance visa from within the UK?

A fiance visa can only be applied for from outside the UK.

Have you again registered a third username??? All 3 usernames posting from the same IP address and all have the same identical identifying feature in the email addresses!! All three usernames asking about you brining your partner on a fiance visa.
