Was this applied for in the UK or from abraod?
What are your absences in the last 10 years?
You need English B1 test from an HO approved test provider and Life in the UK test.

It was refused because there was an misinterpretation of the law and we appealed against the decision and went to tribunal for the hearings.
Then Home office granted the visa and my husband got his PR same long residency route with no issue.
Thank you.

If HO overturned their decision, then there was no refusal

Thank you.Yes HO overturned their decision and granted the visa after the tribunal hearing.Does that means when i fill the online application i don't have to state my visa was refused at any point.

Despite it was overturned but I will still disclose refusal whilst will clarify it briefly for remaining covered from all ends.

Your application cannot be both refused and granted. It is either refused or granted. There was no refusal

A simplest way to fathom it out from the perspective of SAR report where refusal is still inscribed there despite at later gets overturned. And the question is only concerned with the refusal where corresponding information must be supplied. Although with either answers the application would more likely remains unscathed due to being historically traceable but still one should always remains covered from all ends especially when dealing with immigration authorities for ILR during current climate.

Please could you help me with the following questions on my ILR long residence application.
What should I state for the following question?
Are you part of any social groups or do you have other cultural ties in your country of birth, nationality or any other country where you have lived for more than 5 years?
Which details should I provide regarding Friends and how for the following question?
List the social networks or connections, where they are located and your involvement with them
Which Documents should I submit as supporting docs for my other reasons to stay in the UK?I am thinking of Mortage document,Car documents etc.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Those questions are not important. Provide minimal info. You do not need to answer other reasons to stay in the UK either

Still attach the certificate as without it the case won't succeed.

Hello
Hope you all are well.
I am about to upload my document for ILR Long residency via the new app.
It doesn't asks any mandatory docs for me.Is this normal?
It only asks optional documents for me and shows lots of categories.
Do I only have to upload the relevant thing in my access list.
How easy it would as this is the first time I am using the appa or would it be easy to book an appoinment.

You can not use the IDV app. You must book an appointment. However, you should scan and upload all your documents via the UKVCAS website. Just upload in any category the documents fit best. Ignore the mandatory and optional headings. Its normal how the website works.

There is no acknowledgement after biometrics/IDV submission. You need to wait for a decision
Any suggestions I make in the forum are out my personal experience and should not be taken as a legal/professional advise.
