I have got the ILR visa by Aug 2020. Now I am submitting the ILR form SET (O) for spouse and child. I (sponsor) holding the joint account with spouse (who is the applicant) and i am the one who is providing the financial support in terms of utility bill payments etc.

Can you pls advise, who has to sign Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 of the consent form? pls correct me, if i am wrong: Part 1 to be signed by my spouse (main applicant), Part 2 and Part 3 by myself.

In the Document checklist, it asks for the following documents like: Consent form for " my name" and Declaration signed by "my name". It did not ask for my spouse consent form (who is the main applicant)

Part 1 signed by the Applicant
Part 2 signed by you
Part 3 to be signed if using any 3rd party support, if not mark as 'NA/Not Applicable'

Also, my spouse has added our son as well as part of the additional applicant and we have filled out SET(O) child as he is 8 years old.

Perhaps due to a minor can't be named on anything and the parents signed consent form cover him too. But parents usually sign the minor's application.

Whether I need to show any cash funds / maintenance /savings in my bank account pls?

If yes, for how much and how many months I should have maintained that balance?

Can you pls help me with this:

I have submitted the ILR form SET (O) for my spouse and child. For the below said questions, i have answered Yes, since myself and my wife holds the joint council tax and utility bill and I am making the payment from my individual bank account.

Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people.

Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support.

The query is:
In the consent form, part 1 signed by my wife, part 2 signed by me, since we are having the joint account. For Part 3, whether I should sign since I am providing the financial support (or) i should not sign the part 3 pls?

Can you pls help me with this.

Don't sign as you aren't a third party.

In my opinion when you are in doubt, you should always sign than not sign. I agree it is a little confusing as Part 3 talks about third party but then mentions about anyone supporting you financially. So I would always provide more than less. But obviously choice is yours. Its only my suggestion.

If you choose not to sign at part 3 which is for 3rd party support then reply "N/A" instead leaving it blank.

Just out of curiosity, any idea pls, approx, how long it will take for dependants to receive ILR if they have applied independently after the main applicant has got the ILR.

Dependants have applied thru SET(O) and have done with biometrics this week...

I am aware about it differs case to case basis, but in general how long it takes pls?

(Have looked into the Timelines window, but cant figure out the timelines where the dependants applied independently in SET(O)...)

Besides the case by case differences, due to covid-19 and backlog, there ain't so much response yet that can be used as a baseline to trend probable service timelines.

We have received the ILR approval email from Home Office for my dependents on last saturday (19/09), however there were no emails with regards to BRP Courier Delivery from Home office or TNT..

Any idea pls, whether i should wait for the email from Home Office about BRP Courier delivery or from TNT?

(In my case, when I received the ILR approval email, the following day i received the email about BRP Courier delivery too...)

Be on look out to receive BRP, not all instances people get notification to expect BRP except if delivery courier misses them at address.
