8 weeks and up to 6 months.Q-3 how long is taking visas now a days rough time
You only need an employer letter which apparently they are giving you which should have the following key information. Also, if you have earned at least £9300 during the last 6 months then you can meet the financial requirement regardless of the type of new contract is being offered/proposed.mfar wrote: ↑Tue Oct 06, 2020 9:13 pmHi Guys
just a quick question
i have finished my contract on 30th september and my employer saying he cant give me job confirmation letter he said if i write now it will be lie
the only thing he agreed to write it down that Mr X.. was employed permanently on fulltime basis between 1st october 2019 to 30th of September 2020 on salary £XXXX and now he is on Zero hour contract with us.....
i need to ask is this letter ok. will it be accepted.

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... .0-ext.pdfA letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming:
• the person's employment and gross annual salary
• the length of their employment
• the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied
upon in the application
• the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency)
No affect
That is something paramount and pertinent. Good to go.
You have to keep persuading them for an employer letter which is a key requirement.mfar wrote: ↑Wed Oct 07, 2020 10:27 pmHi guys

Seems satisfactory. If you are undertaking any extra work (overtime) then it can also be added in it.mfar wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 9:51 pmGuys i have received employer letter as follows need to know is it fine or anything is missing ?

No it won't assuming the application was submitted on time before her visa is due to expire and you will be covered under section 3C until decision have been made on her application.
