Contents of the Letter from the Employer

I have previously had the Family Visa extended after 2 years and 6 months of living in the UK and have now spent 5 years in the UK with partner, and have also had a child.

I am now applying for ILR and have the below questions:

1. Under the Application section, it asks me to add additional applicants. Do i need to add my child here even if they are born in the UK and not required a visa?
2. Under Finance section, it asks if my partner is currently sponsoring any additional children. Should this be 'yes' even if our child was born in the UK?
3. Is the IELTS Life Skills B1 Test the correct requirement for English Language for my application?

4. If I complete my application on the 20th of December, how close to this date does the last bank statement or item of correspondance have to be for it to be valid for use? I assume they dont want letters that are dated far away from the date the application was made and paid for?
5. Are electronic bank statement allowed which are not stamped by the bank, or do they need to be scanned paper copies stamped physically by the bank?

Thank you, I always thought the more children the applicant and their sponsor had in the UK, the more earnings they would have to prove per child. But I assume this is only applicable if the child is not a British Citizen? On my application it says my spouse only needs to earn 18.600 or more to meet the criteria currently.

1. If the letter is not addressed 'To Whom It May Concern', is it valid that it is addressed to UKVI at 40 Wellesley Rd, Croydon CR9 2BY ?
2. Does the letter need to mention that the Payslips and P60 are genuine? Where did this requirement come from before?
3. Why is the 'length at which a salary is held' asked for on the letter if the Bank statements and Payslips already prove the income?
4. Can the requirements of the Letter from the Employer be split into two letters e.g one mentioning salary/validity of payslips and one mentioning Job and Role?

You are assuming that ILR on Set M is processed in Croydon. It is not. It makes no difference though.

Ideally but not a deal breaker. You do NOT need P60s for ILR. The requirement is due to people submitting false documents!!

To ensure you meet the financial requirement.

Why?? Just do one letter to keep it simple, one job, one letter. Also note that your supporting documents must be dated on or before the date you applied and paid online as that is the date of application.

The mention of the letter confirming 'genuine payslips' are enclosed is not mentioned on the checklist provided by UKVI, but it does mention a P60 is required. Is their checklist out of date? How does one get the right requirements, aside from this forum?

My letter is dated after I submitted my application but before my BRP appointment which is still due. Is this valid or do I need a new letter dated before the submission, or a letter stating 'as of my submission date'?

The checklists are generic at frequently inaccurate.

You should be following what's required on the ukvi website, Appendix FM guide documents and the immigration rules. The rules state clearly what the employer letters must state.

Understood. My Submission date was December 16th 2022. Would it be best If I submit another letter with all the details enclosed and have it dated before the submission date? Or a new letter explaining that the details are as of December 15th and also include the confirmation that Payslips are genuine?

In addition to the above question, I have also signed my partners declaration and 3rd party support form a few days after the application submission date, as evidence was uploaded to UKVCAS later. Is this okay or do I need to provide a new signed form with an earlier date to my application submission date?

While I have no previous direct experience of using revised documents (besides an account printout) the premise of what you outlined above should work.
