Marriage certificate will suffice. There’s no requirement to produce a document issued in the UK.

This isn’t an issue and no need to disclose. It’s not an offence. At this time HMRC finalises all tax payers final tax liability. I’m waiting myself for the final number, hopefully a refund.
alterhase58 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 18, 2025 5:46 amIt's not an issue, as long as you keep to payment arrangements with HMRC.
It would be different if you default, you are taken to court, maybe guilty of tax evasion (a crime).

CR001 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 21, 2025 11:47 amYour post isn't very clear on the names issue. Please explain as follows.
1. Name at birth and prior to marriage, eg AAA BBB
2. Current name post marriage, eg AAA CCC
3. Name on all official documents, including current passport, eg AAA BBB or is it AAA CCC?
Note that a marriage certificate always has the female name as the name prior to marriage.
