ILR Cancelled CCJ

Hi All,

I have my PEO appointment in few days time. I had a CCJ in my name which I have paid within 30 days and received a cancellation certificate. Do I need to declare this in the form?

I cannot see this CCJ on all 3 credit reports since I received the cancellation report from court.

can u tell me what type ccj u had and when? like credit or loan or civil case?u can check ur ccj trustonline website before u go peo.

It is irrelevant what CCJ the OP had. A CCJ is a CCJ regardless. It is not appropriate to ask such questions.

The OP has paid the CCJ, it should be fine but he should mention it and carry the proof of payment etc with him.

Can you let it go and drop it please. It has nothing to do with you why the OP has a CCJ or for what. It is paid and cancelled by court, end of!!

I would second CR001. Lets try to help members and only request information which is necessary to provide help. In this case, I don't think it makes a difference if the CCJ is for loan, credit, Civil etc.

Thanks for the replies. I have mentioned CCJ in the form and got my ILR approved today at Crodyon without any issues. I will post details later today in the successful applications post.
