you should have returned your ILR BRP card once naturalized.

If OP got his citizenship etc before Dec 15/Jan 16, then he is not required to send the BRP card back. I still have my ILR card. Although no one ever fined yet for not sending their ILR BRP. Much appreciation if you could paste here some official source confirming that those who got ILR BRP before December 2015 are not required to send their BRP back since the official instruction regarding that is in general.
