Financial Requirement

Post by Yazzy » Wed Mar 15, 2017 3:39 pm

Hi I'm sorry I know I'm suppose to keep all my questions in 1 topic but this question is a general question on how I meet the financial requirement

My husband is paid every 2 weeks and is paid hourly so his pay varies everytime
I have added every months pay for the past 6 months pay as follows

October £1607.86
November £1476.16
December £1490.48
January £1497.38
February £1416.23
March £2249.28

He has been working for the same employer for 2 years

Do we meet the financial requirement and under which category do we apply in the FLR (m) form?
Spouse Application: 7th January 2013
Application Refused: 18th March 2013
Appeal Allowed: 29th May 2014
Visa Stamped: 7th August 2014
FLR (M): Applied in Person at Croydon 12th April 2017
BRP Recieved: 18th April 2017
