Tier 2 general visa extension link

Hi there,
I will be applying for Tier 2 (General) visa under new company as I have been with old company for 4 years.
Will be going for extension under new company

I got bit confused when I was trying to select correct option to fill the application

there are two options under 'Apply in the UK'
1. Extend your existing Tier 2 (General) Visa
2. Switch to this visa from Another visa

Can you please tell me which one I need to select to fill the application
