Visa for Newborn in India

Post by krprasadreddy » Thu May 25, 2017 7:26 pm

Dear Friends,

Me and my wife are on ILR since April 2016. Recently we were blessed with twins in Feb 2017 in India.

Can you please advice in which category should I apply visa for my newborn children ?

Is family of a settled person visa is a valid category ?

Regards
Ram

They would have been automatically British had they been born in the UK.

Anyway, they apply for settlement visa and should get ILE (indefinite leave to Enter)

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

I have one more question. What supporting documents do I need to submit with application ?

1. Birth Certificate
2. Do I need to submit my Bank statement to display maintenance funds ?

Are there any other documents I need to include ?

Please advise .

Regards
Ram

Settlement : Financial Requirement for a Dependant New Born

Post by krprasadreddy » Sat Jun 10, 2017 1:11 pm

Dear Friends,

Me and my wife are on ILR since April 2016. Recently we were blessed with twins in Feb 2017 in India.

I'm planning to apply for a visa under a Family of a settled person visa category.

Can you please advice, if my kids have to meet the Financial Requirement or they have exemption from meeting the Financial requirements ?

Regards
Ram
