UK Tier 2 Long term Dependent Visa

Hi,

My husband is holding tier 2 long term visa and currently in UK. I have applied Tier 2 long term dependent visa for my daughter (5+ years old and American Passport holder) and for myself.

I have received an email today that "application received from the post ............ at UK visa application center" and if I chose courier service then my processed application will be delivered to the address otherwise it can be collected during the designated passport collection times."

1. Can anyone please explain, does this mean my daughter's and mine passport is ready with the visa or they just received our application.
2. If they only received our applications then what needs to be collected from "designated passport collection times."?
3. If they only received our applications, generally how much time they take to process the VISA?
4. Also what are the designated passport collection times of Delhi VFS Global? Will they send any other email to collect the passports with timings?

It is what it states, it has been received.

They will notify you when a decision has been made and when to collect the passport. Nothing to be collected yet.

It can take a few weeks.

But VFS guys told me that decision will come in 15 working days and already 10 working days passed.

VFS is only a third party agent, they are not UKVI.
