9.Form SU07/12 sponsorship undertaking
10.Birth certificate
These are NOT needed. The SU07 form is ONLY required for older dependent relatives (i.e. parents, grandparents). Birth cert not necessary if submitting passport.

P60 not necessary as you are submitting payslips and bank statements.

Biometrics after online application

Post by Mrsrainbow143 » Thu May 04, 2017 9:00 am

Hi all, quick question after submitting online application form how long can i book my appointment for VFS? I've read in TERMS AND CONDITIONS No.47 thru visa4uk site https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/Home/ViewFAQ
Does it mean i have 3 months to book any of those dates available within 3 months? Thank you. I know it may sound stupid and its right on my face but just want to be sure. Thank you  :)

You should book it as soon as you can. Nothing will happen on your application until the biometrics are done.

Hello Sorry for asking again. I submitted our online application april 5, 2017 and that day we also booked my VFS appointment for biometrics by May 12,2017 the VFS accepted my booking date. And sent me booking confirmation via email. I think it wont be a problem right?
If the booking date is not acceptable, VFS will not allow me to book that date. As ive read in terms and conditions and faqs thru visa4uk website they didn't mention the limit of booking dates for biometrics.

I was merely stating that until the biometrics are enrolled etc, nothing will be done with the application and it will just be sitting somewhere waiting.

If you expect a quick decision after submitting the supporting documents, this will likely be delayed due to the delay in submitting biometrics.

Its strange that your biometrics date is after the 5 weeks of online submitted application. Because as per guidance the documents shouldn't be older than 28 days from date of application means your documents will get older. It's really a confusion in official guideline that whether the 28 days older from application date/biometrics but it's just say application date in official guidance.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Hello, ok it's absolutely cleared to me now. Im just making sure that's why im asking over and over :P, and yes UKVI reminder says it will be delayed decision if i submit late biometrics but i dont mind,. For now I'll just sit and relax here and wait for my biometrics appointment. Thanks again :)

I read most recent payslip and corresponding bank statement must be no older than 28 days on the date of online application. And Regarding my biometrics if its invalid they should inform me right away while im booking my appointment. And it says in visa4uk terms and conditions as i understand in 3 months and 7 days your allowed to submit your biometrics or else you loss your fee.

Hi, My husband just moved house january this year. And he just realise now that his p60 address is not updated and it's been a month he already forward the documents to sheffield. It's too late now :( . And now he's worried the entry clearance officer will use that reason for refusal.
Note: he also submitted 6 months payslip, bank statement, employer contract and letter of employer and these are updated to his new address except for his p60. Any advice regarding this matter?

Appeal for spouse visa (plan B if refused)

Post by Mrsrainbow143 » Sun Jul 09, 2017 12:15 pm

I Sent my documents to sheffield and they already return it to me 2 months ago and do believe we provide all documents needed, im currently waiting for decision. So i have a question.

1.if ever i undergo appeal against refusal in the future where will i send back my documents? Should i send it back to sheffield?
2. How much it cost for appeal fee?
3. And what form should i fill up for appeal against refusal? If yes whats the link for the appeal form?
I maybe sound negative but i just want to be ready if in case my application rejected. We can't afford to apply fresh application, That's why we want to be prepared. so i hope you guys understand. Thanks.

IF it is refused, you MIGHT get appeal rights. It depends on the reason for refusal. You will be notified in the letter of what you are required to do.

Guys please help me :(

Post by Mrsrainbow143 » Sun Aug 06, 2017 3:51 am

Hi guys, can anybody please help me :( im panicking, Sheffield emailed me last friday and heres what they said.

Dear Mrs xxx

Thank you for your application for settlement in the United Kingdom.

In support of your sponsor’s income you have provided a personal bank statement issued in your sponsor’s name by Barclays Bank account number ending xxxxxxx for the period 22/09/2016 to 22/03/2017. I also note you have submitted salary slips in support of your sponsor’s employment covering the period 22/09/2016 to 06/04/2017. However the bank statement you have provided does not  show that all the salary payments (shown on the salary slips) have been paid into your sponsor’s account. It is a requirement of the rules that the personal bank statement corresponds to the same period as the payslips and also shows that the salary has been paid into the account

Therefore I would like to provide you with an opportunity to provide documentation evidencing that all your sponsor’s salary payments have been paid into his account.

Please scan these documents and email them to SheffieldDocsRequested.RestofWorld@fco.gsi.gov.uk

Alternatively, send these documents by post to the address below.

Please do not hesitate to email me at this address if you need assistance.

To enable me to decide your case promptly it is essential that you reply as soon as you can, within seven days.  If you do not produce the information requested by 12/08/2017, the application will be considered on the basis of the documents and information you have already provided.  This could result in the application being refused, as provided for in Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules.

We dont want to confused eco, we want to make sure we still meet the 28 day rule. My question is it possible to print out the bank statement continuation of march 23 up to april 6 since only? To prove that his wage for march 23,30 and april 6 sent to his account, Please advice :(

Note. -His bank statement arrived every 22nd of the month.
-He get paid weekly.

Hi Obie, my husband check the return documents and he figure it out last night that the bank statement doesnt show reference no. each of his payslip therefore it cant be matched. Which is sorted the new ones, we will have it stamped and send it tomorrow. And Can you also please correct me if its correct now.

So heres what we did...
bank statement covered sep 23, 2016 to April 6, 2017 and this time we make sure those payslips will matched.
Our payslip can trace those payments covered sep 29, 2016 to april 6,2017 as long as 6 months payslip thats fine? actually its total 28 payslip is that Enough?. As i understand they just need 6 months bank statement and 6 months payslip.
