SWITCHING TIER 2 ICT --> PBS DEPENDENT

Hi Guy's,

I am going to apply for Switching my Tier 2 ICT PA to Tier 2 General PBS Dependent within UK. Recently my wife has got her Tier 2 General Migrant catergory visa stamped.

Can someone please share the document checklist I should use to apply for Tier 2 General PBS ?
