Do you mean Tier 2 General dependent??? If yes, once you return to the UK yes he can.1. Could you please let me know if my hubby and son can switch to Tier 2 General visa in-country(UK).
Yes, provided he meets the requirement for ILR based on long residence including the more restrictive absence limits. You need to clarify the gap in 2012/13 as this might be an issue but I will have to look into it.2.Also will my hubby be able to apply for ILR in 2021 as he is in UK since 2011 on Tier 2 Skills transfer visa(May 2011- Nov 2012) and Tier 2 ICT(Apr 2013 to Apr 2018) and Tier 2 General from (May 2018 to May 2021)

I want to apply Tier 2 General dependant visa for my hubby and son from UK.They are currently in Tier 2 ICT visa.
I know that we need to send the original documents by post.So was wondering if I need to send my original passport and BRP card or just the copy? Please can someone verify the below list and let me know if I'm missing something or something in the below list is not required.
1. The new visa application
2. Certificate of Sponsorship of main applicant
3. Offer Letter of main applicant
4. Last 6 months Salary slip of main applicant
5. Passports and BRP cards of main applicant and dependants
6. Marriage Certificate
7. Birth Certificate of my son
8. Council Tax and Last Bank Statement of my husband proving the residential address
9. 2 colour photographs of dependants
I'm bit worried since all the above originals are sent by post.
Thanks and regards,
