I have had visit visas rejected in the past under V4.2(a) and (c) where the Entry Clearance Officer was not satisfied that I will leave the UK after my visit.
Now I have been offered a Tier 2 sponsored job and am wondering if the visit visa rejections will affect Tier 2 approval. Should I attach the visit visa refusal letters with my Tier 2 application? any other tips will be appreciated.
Thanks.

No. It should not affect your T2 application at all.

No. You don't have to attach any letter or any thing else. If form require you to mention previous refusal you have to specify there.
No need to explain
Thanks.

Thank you for the reply.
The form definitely asks about prior refusals.
"Have you been refused a visa for any country including the UK in the last 10 years?"
the line below then asks for type of visa, date and reasons for refusal. How much detail should i go for reasons or just mentioning V4.2 (a) and (c) is enough?

Simple state the reasons as the form asks. A bit more than just 'V4.2 (a) and (C)'.

They have a record of your refusal.
Also, please can you keep ALL your questions on the same application in a single topic. It is not necessary to start a new topic with each question you have.
