IFA Accountant accepted by UKVI for FLR (M) 2017 ??

I got my last Spouse Visa under new

I am on UK Spouse Visa 5-years route and my first visa of Two and half years is going expire in November 2017.

I want to know what are the current requirements to Apply for FLR(M):

I am Self employed (director and employee of a limited company) my questions is that can my account who is IFA (Institute of Financial Accountants) Certified produce a certificate of confirmation of unaudited account for me and does the UKBA now accept IFA.

she does work but she just started a new job.

i'm well above the 18,600 they are asking for. in the financial requirement document page 65

It state that IF COMPANY IS NOT REQUIRED TO PRODUCE ANNUAL AUDITED ACCOUNTS, UNAUDITED ACCOUNTS FOR THE LAST FULL FINANCIAL YEAR AND AN ACCOUNTANT'S CERTIFICATE OF CONFIRMATION, FROM AN ACCOUNTANT WHO IS A MEMBER OF A UK RECOGNISED SUPERVISORY BODY OR WHO IS A MEMBER OF THE INSTITUTE OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANTS.

My question is that is IFA now recognised by the UKVI.

The reason i was confused was because my accountant told me that UKVI has rejected people's application in the past because they use IFA accountant.

HO review the requirements fairly frequently and make changes as they deem appropriate.

You need to follow the most recent Appendix FM guidance on what HO requires.
