Hi, i recently made an application for judicial review and the application was returned as there was a mistake on it. i want to know what should i fill in the name and address of the Respondent. your help will be appreciated. Kind regards

I don't mean to be disrespectful char, but I just thought you may not have noticed that the other thread, was opened by OP several years back, and it does not appear to relate to JR.

I therefore, think he may be entitled to create this thread, as the question, seem to me to be different from the one in the other thread.

Please correct me if i have missed something.


To answer the question, Respondent Mean the person responding to an appeal or in this case a JR. In your case, it will be the Secretary of State for the Home Department.

Hi, thank you very much. I have been looking for the address in the column where it asks for the address but could not find anything over the internet. could you please tell me the dress too or should I leave that blank with the only name of the respondent as secretary of the state for the home department? Thanks again
