I am new to the forum, I have tried searching but could not find the clear answers.
I have applied (myself) Tier 2 Dependent Visa extension online. My husband is already on ILR. After the application I got the documents checklist:
Mandatory:
1 Passport
2 Passport size photo
3 BRP
Others
1 Documents showing you have had atleast £630 in cash savings for 90 consecutive days
2 Letter from a bank, building society or other recognised financial institution
I have one Bank Statement from 90 days to support above two points.
There are no other documents required. Has anyone who recently extended the visa advise if we need to send any other documents specially proof of cohabitation?
Many Thanks,

I applied last Saturday and have already get done with my BRP submission.
However visa status checking website still doesn't recognise my Unique Application Number, Payment notification number or Immigration health surcharge reference number.
Is it normal?

Hi bismkhan,
Did you use the below link to check the status? I hope you are saying you submitted the bio-metric data? Just try the reference number ignoring the zeros at the beginning. Eg if the ref starts with 022xxx, type 22xxx in the box and check. Hope sometimes this will help.
Cheers!

Hi crazy_p, thank you for the reply. Yes i am using this service.
I don't have any 0 before any of the reference. I can see it says "This is a trial service." so may be it's not being updated regularly.
My only concern is that if application is already being considered for process as I only got payment confirmation email and then no correspondence from UKVI what so ever.

Yeah, then may be that's the case! This happened to me and it didn't show anything to my wife's (Dependant) reference. Only showed for myself (Main Applicant). Hope you have just your application.
Try clicking "What reference numbers can I use?" link on that page. Sometimes that will be useful to identify the reference to use. And it says,
"this service is only for the use of applications made inside the UK and any British Nationality applications submitted within the UK and overseas"
Sorry I couldn't help you. Good luck!

Related question
In addition to evidence of co habitation, they have asked to submit biometric data at a post office, if we apply online from the Uk. What next ?
How does all this evidence link to the online application ? The originals have to sent by post ? Or uploaded ?
Do we need an appointment too ?
