Director of a Company under Tier 2 General Visa.

Hi Seniors

My Tier-2 Visa has been approved and I have a query in regards to my Limited Company. Actually I have switched my category from Tier1 to Tier2.

I want to leave my company active. Can i still be a director of my company or I need to resign from my company and need to closed it. Please if anyone know about this help me. Its urgent.
