Application to vary using PEO - what if there's a decision on the pending application in the meantime

Post by canatanAgain » Fri Dec 15, 2017 9:55 pm

Hi,

My husband has a pending Tier 2 application (its been 2 years almost) and he is making an application to vary (Tier 2). Since the premium service says the date of application will be the date its accepted by the center, I was wondering what would happen if he gets a decision on his current application after he's submitted the new application online and booked a premium service appointment.

Thank you.

Switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 - application rejected - RLMT required for new application?

Post by canatanAgain » Fri Dec 15, 2017 10:12 pm

Hi,

A friend currently has a pending Tier 2 (switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2) application. They've got a new CoS and are planning to put in an application to vary. If they get a rejection for their current application in the meantime, will they need to have an RLMT done ? since the CoS has already been generated.
Thanks,

Are you asking for a friend or your husband? Are the two posts regarding the same person and application?
